Sharing your deployed API page is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to generate a shareable link and manage payment settings for shared usage.
1. Access Your API Page
Navigate to the My APIs section of InstaSD.
Find the API you want to share and click "View API" to open its dedicated page.
2. Enable Sharing and Get a Shareable Link
On the API page, click the Share icon.
Toggle the sharing option to Enable Sharing.
A shareable link will be generated. You can now copy this link and share it with anyone who needs access to the API.
3. Understand Default Usage Charges
By default, the user accessing the shared page will be charged for the API's usage.
If this works for your needs, simply share the link as is.
4. Change Payment Settings (Optional)
If you prefer to be charged for the usage of the shared API page (e.g., when sharing with co-workers or internal team members):
Click on the Settings button on the API page.
Locate the Payment Settings section.
Switch the option to have the "Creator" (your account) be charged for the shared page's API usage.
Save the changes.
